Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the digital product, all sales are considered final once the report has been delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Since every report is created specifically for you based on your inputs, photos and features, refunds are not applicable after delivery.
However, if your report does not feel personalised or useful, you are protected under our revision policy.
Revision Policy
Personalisation Issue: If your report does not feel tailored to your face, body or skin, you can request a revision.
Relevance Issue: If the recommendations do not feel practical or suitable for you, you can request a revision.
Time Frame: Revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your report.
Improvement Support: You may be asked to provide additional details or clarification to improve your revised report.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
(i) Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
(ii) Technical Issues: If you are unable to receive or access your report due to a verified technical issue from our end.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Change of Mind: Deciding not to use the report after delivery.
Expectation Mismatch: Expecting results without applying the suggestions provided.
Subjective Preference: Disliking the recommendations despite accurate personalisation.
Time Lapse: Requests made after the 7-day revision period - applicable to revision of report.
No Response: Not providing required inputs for revision when requested.
Refund Process
Submit Request: Email your request to tanya@urbanviva.in with your order details and explanation.
Review: Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
Decision: You will be notified of the outcome via email.
Processing: Approved refunds, if applicable under exceptions, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
